San Luis Potosi enhances connectivity with new international routes to Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio.

San Luis Potosi, S.L.P., July 7, 2025 – OMA, Volaris, and the Government of the State of San Luis Potosi announced the launch of three new international routes from San Luis Potosi to key cities in the southern United States: Dallas/Forth Worth, Houston, and San Antonio. This initiative significantly enhances the state’s role as a strategic hub for international air connectivity, promoting economic development and tourism.
The inaugural announcement took place at San Luis Potosi International Airport, with the attendance of Governor Ricardo Gallardo, OMA CEO Ricardo Dueñas, and representatives from Volaris, underscoring the collaborative effort behind this expansion.
The new routes will operate as follows:
San Luis Potosi – Dallas/Forth Worth (DFW): Starting July 4, with four weekly frequencies (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday).
San Luis Potosi – Houston (IAH): Starting July 5, with three weekly frequencies (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday).
San Luis Potosi – San Antonio (SAT): Also starting July 5, with three weekly frequencies (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday).
These new routes position San Luis Potosi as a pivotal center for international connectivity in the Bajío-West region, enabling access to strategic markets in Texas and driving greater mobility for tourism, business, and industry.
