OMA and Volaris Announce Five New Routes from San Luis Potosí International Airport
Five new Volaris-operated routes will begin service in June 2026.
The expansion strengthens the state’s domestic and international connectivity.
Tuesday, February 17, 2025. – Grupo OMA, Volaris, and the Government of the State of San Luis Potosí announced the addition of five new routes to be operated by Volaris from San Luis Potosí International Airport, with service set to begin in June 2026. The new destinations will connect the state with Chicago Midway, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Puebla, and Puerto Vallarta, further strengthening the region’s domestic and international connectivity.
With this expansion, Volaris consolidates its position as the airport’s leading carrier, offering service to six domestic and four international destinations. The increase in connectivity creates new opportunities for trade, tourism, and passenger mobility, while facilitating stronger links between families, businesses, and commercial partners both within Mexico and abroad.
