Monterrey, N.L., July 30, 2026. – Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte (OMA) presented its 2025 Sustainability Report, a document that reflects the progress of a strategy focused on developing more efficient, resilient, and sustainable airport infrastructure, strengthening the country's connectivity and generating long-term value for passengers, communities, employees, and investors.

In the year it celebrates 25 years connecting Mexico, the company consolidated results demonstrating how sustainability is an integral part of its daily operations and growth vision. During 2025, OMA served 28.8 million passengers across its network of 13 airports, while continuing to strengthen its infrastructure, optimize resource use, and advance in fulfilling its environmental, social, and governance commitments.

One of the year's main achievements was the fulfillment and surpassing of its 2025 climate goal. The company achieved an audited Scope 1 and 2 carbon emission intensity per passenger of 0.18 kgCO₂e, equivalent to an 88% reduction compared to the 2018 baseline, significantly exceeding the corporate reduction target of 58%.

These advances were driven by a greater incorporation of clean energy and operational efficiency actions. During the year, 87% of the electricity consumed by OMA came from renewable sources. The company also completed the full electrification of its airside vehicle fleet at Monterrey International Airport, meaning 100% of these company-operated vehicles are now electric. Furthermore, all 13 airports renewed their Level 3 "Optimization" certification under the Airport Carbon Accreditation (ACA) program, which recognizes the integration of carbon management into airport operations.

As part of a comprehensive strategy to strengthen its infrastructure's resilience, OMA also reduced water consumption per passenger by 15% compared to 2024, reaffirming its commitment to more efficient natural resource management and the development of airports prepared to meet future mobility needs.

"At OMA, we are building a new generation of airports for Mexico. Sustainability is how we design, invest in, and operate our infrastructure so that our airports are increasingly efficient, resilient, and prepared to meet the country's mobility needs," stated Ricardo Dueñas, CEO of OMA.

In addition to environmental progress, the company continued to strengthen its social and governance strategy. In 2025, it achieved 21% participation of women in leadership positions, maintaining progress towards its goal of reaching 30% by 2030, and was recognized for the fifteenth consecutive year as a Socially Responsible Company (ESR).

"The results of this report reflect a long-term vision: investing today in infrastructure, innovation, and talent to generate a positive and sustainable impact in the regions where we operate," Dueñas highlighted.

The 2025 Sustainability Report was prepared in accordance with GRI Standards and incorporates industry-specific disclosures based on SASB Standards, reinforcing the company's transparency and accountability to its stakeholders.

With audited results and a long-term vision, OMA continues to build the next generation of airports in Mexico: infrastructure that connects, modernizes, and reduces its environmental impact, strengthening the competitiveness of the regions where it operates and responding to the country's growing mobility needs.
