OMA Informs on Cybersecurity Breach

Mexico City, Mexico, October 18, 2024— Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V., known as OMA (NASDAQ: OMAB; BMV: OMA), has identified a recent cybersecurity breach involving unauthorized access to certain IT systems and information. The Company promptly activated its established security protocols and response measures.

OMA’s IT team, in collaboration with external cybersecurity experts, is actively investigating the incident to determine its scope and ensure the protection of our systems’ integrity, confidentiality, and availability. Our operations are currently running without interruption through alternative and backup systems.

At this time, there has been no material adverse effect on the Company’s operations, financial performance, or condition, which assessment will be monitored on an ongoing basis until the situation has been fully resolved. A forensic assessment is currently underway to understand the extent of the cybersecurity incident.
