Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte (OMA) presents progress on its multi-year investment plan (2026-2030) totaling 8 billion pesos for the expansion and modernization of Monterrey International Airport.Preparation underway for the opening of a new domestic baggage claim area featuring five carousels capable of handling between 2,500 and 3,000 pieces per hour and up to 10 simultaneous flights.Terminal A surface area will grow from 40,000 to over 100,000 square meters by the end of 2030.

This is the second direct route Air Canada will operate from Monterrey, reaffirming the airline’s confidence in and strong relationship with OMA.
